It is OK to fall down, but it is not OK to stay there for long.
Life can sometimes catch you unprepared – work, love, and life in general.
It is normal to fall into the trap and hold yourself hostage in there.
What may follow is an undying pessimism, getting into the blame game, holding resentment and anger inside, and declaring loudly that the world is unfair.
Great! You have done something, but here is the problem – it doesn’t solve a thing and if that is how you are going to see life from now onwards no one can help you get better.
What is going to come is not going to solve your problems like zip-zap-zoom but help you put in a state of mind wherein you can start taking control.
Here is a Quick Guide to What to do When you don’t know What to do?
Number o1: De-clutter
Clutter is the fruit and the root of all chaos.
Make your bed, Clean the trash bin, Do the dishes, donate the clothes you won’t use, do the laundry, wipe the mirrors and clean the windows, organize your kitchen (clean the shelves and stock the fridge with what is healthy) and the work table.
Get rid of the physical clutter first, so that you can start getting rid of mental clutter.
Getting these things is easy (but not that easy! I am on your side all this way) and gives you a sense of control.
Once you get rid of what is extra – you may find your favourite corner, your favourite mug, sunlight, space, and a favourite book again.
Number 02: UN-Subscribe
Those apps that have become addictive, those emails that you won’t open anymore, the travel that drains you, and the company that makes you feel out of place, people who don’t get back and care.
You need to make space for the solution to come in and stay.
Number 03: De-stress
When was the last time you pampered yourself?
Go for a walk, Make yourself the kind of coffee you love (anything non-alcoholic will do – I hope you don’t intend to loose control again), soak your feet in warm water, and put on the music that makes your heart sing, Keep your phone aside.
It is OK to have ME-time (not just OK, but absolutely necessary).
The rubber string that is under too much stress for too long cannot be used for any other thing too long.
Number 04: Say Thanks
Whether it is the health you enjoy, things you have, People you have on your speed dial, nature around, warm and cosy bed, food in your plate, and roof on your head – You can’t fully embrace their being until unless you say thanks.
Call your old friends, Say ‘I Love You’ when you mean it, share what you have more often.
Good things start with Gratitude.
Number 05: Get Your List Out Now (its time for some action now)
Now is the time to jot down stuff you always wanted to get done but never started with.
Join a community that is doing the same kind of stuff and get in out there.
You may still feel afraid, broken, and more afraid of revealing your scars (and wounds) but this may be your only chance to overcome the pain.
You may choose to volunteer for a cause that you resonate with, get a paid training (you need to – this is where the commitment becomes reality), or just go join people doing the stuff which sets your soul on fire.

Number 06: Choose to take Control of your health now.
Not just the physical health – social, mental, spiritual, and financial.
Walk, Hydrate, Breathe Deep, Hang out with people who are smarter, sensible, and purpose-driven.
Learn to do stuff with your hands, and spend on experiences rather than stuff, conserve what you have.
Number 07: Forgive
That is the only way to move ahead and embrace stuff that is good.
Start with yourself and then others.
That is how you will be able to unlock abundance and well being.
That is how you will be able to love more even when it becomes tough to love.
Number 08: Celebrate
You are doing good (You have started), and now is the time to Celebrate.
Can we go back to Step 03 again?
Number 09: Give back
The only way to invite abundance in life is to give more.
When you give more, you also prepare yourself to receive more and also to stay happy with what all you have.
It is same as saying that you cannot keep all the love inside, once you start giving it out – it will find its way back to you.
Is that all?
Yes, that is all you need to begin.
You will discover more stuff of your own and then you need to do one thing – Share what you know to help others heal.
